Is circumcision mandatory?

Studies have shown that circumcision can significantly reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections. It has been reported to lower the risk of genital herpes infection by 251 TP3T, the risk of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection by 351 TP3T, and the risk of HIV infection by 651 TP3T.
